NEXAFIZ GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED: Terms & Conditions (T&C) 

Welcome to the world of NEXAFIZ GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED! When you join us, either as a Customer or as an Independent Distributor, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations detailed below.
1. Key Information for Every Independent Distributor
You are an Independent Entity of NEXAFIZ, and you are not an agent or employee of the Company.
 * Free Registration: There are no deposits or registration charges collected to join us.
 * Unique ID: You will be provided with a Unique ID and Password to track your business transactions.
 * Income (Facilitation Fee): Your income is based solely on the volume of sales/business you generate. The Company does not guarantee income merely upon registration.
 * Eligibility: You must be 18 years or above and legally eligible under the Indian Contract Act to enter into this agreement.
2. Transactions and Payments
To ensure transparency and security, these rules must be strictly followed.
 * No Cash Transactions: Cash payments for product purchases are not permitted. You should not accept cash from anyone in your team either.
 * Approved Payment Methods: All payments must be made exclusively through official digital channels:
   * Company Website: www.nexafizglobal.com
   * Approved payment gateways / E-Wallets / UPI.
 * Taxes: TDS and other applicable taxes will be deducted from your earnings.
 * Revisions: The Company reserves the right to periodically change product prices and specifications via official notice on the Company website.
3. Prohibitions and Violations
To protect the Company's reputation, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
 * Unauthorized Selling: Selling NEXAFIZ products on unauthorized online portals, auction sites, or forums is strictly forbidden.
 * Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent the Company, its products, or the income potential with false statements.
 * Non-Compete Clause: You must not promote competing direct selling schemes in a manner that misleads customers or conflicts with NEXAFIZ.
 * Anti-Crosslining: No Distributor shall shift IDs, re-register under another sponsor, or manipulate the genealogy structure.
4. Termination and Blocking
 * Inactivity: Your ID will be terminated/blocked if you fail to maintain the minimum monthly purchase obligation for 12 consecutive months.
 * Misconduct: Any Distributor found to be acting against the Company's interests, damaging its reputation, or engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities will be immediately terminated.
 * Post-Termination: Upon termination, the Distributor loses access to Company meetings/premises and cannot claim any further Facilitation Fees.
5. Confidentiality and Communication Consent
 * Confidentiality: You shall maintain the confidentiality of the Company's policies, pricing, and business strategies.
 * Communication Consent: By registering, you consent to receive official communications from the Company via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, or App notifications.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
 * Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws in force in India.
 * Jurisdiction: All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kollam, Kerala.
 * Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue will be Kollam, and the language will be English.
Declaration (Digital Acceptance)
By completing the registration, I voluntarily declare that:
 * I have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
 * I understand that my income is dependent on sales/business volume, not on mere registration.
 * I agree to strictly follow all Company policies and will not misguide anyone.
 * I agree to submit all disputes to arbitration in Kollam.
